Welcome to Balmoral School for the 2025-26 school year! Please note that the first day of school will be September 2, 2025. An email will be sent out during the last week of August with information about your child’s homeroom teacher and meeting location for the first day.

This contains valuable information about our school and programs we offer. In particular, please note the school uniform provider is McCarthy’s Uniform's, and their next purchasing window is July 2 – October 31.

First Day Information

The first day of school for students is Tuesday, September 2. Buses will be running this day - please check your MyCBE account for bus stop locations and timings, and ensure your child is there on time. Also please ensure they know their BUS LETTER so that they know which bus to board after school as well. We will be running regular school hours this day (7:55am - 2:30pm). Students will be meeting teachers at the locations below starting at 7:45am and be grouped into their homerooms:

Grade 5 - Back field (west side)

Grade 6 - Next to Church

Grade 7 - Near front main doors

Grade 8 - Basketball courts

Grade 9 - Back field (east side)

Teachers will be returning to school on August 27. All families should be receiving a welcome email from your child's homeroom teacher by end of day August 28. Please note that class lists are made with careful thought given to student learning, social dynamics, and balancing academic needs, and class changes cannot be accommodated at this time.
